Have you ever watched the movie Interstellar (2014)? [SPOILER ALERT BELOW if you've never seen it, I highly recommend you do!] I'm honestly not a huge fan of sci-fi. I rarely end up watching this type of movie, let alone multiple times while telling people to watch it.
The culmination of this space mission to find an alternative home for humans, as the Earth has no longer become a place where life can be sustained; brings Matthew McConaughey to enter into a black hole that ends up serving as a portal to a 5th dimension. Yes, I know what you're probably thinking, "What the hell are you talking about?! No one could survive being pulled into a black hole!" Yes, yes, that's not the point...
As he's floating, the space around him forms a 3D structure that resembles an endless amount of bookshelves. He uses this space to contact his daughter and relay messages. I won't get into that part much more as again, you should watch it. As McConaughey becomes more aware of the space he's in, he realizes that time does not exist there. That every moment of his daughter's life is existing and accessible simultaneously. An infinite space that isn't bound by our human restrictions of time. He refers to "they" as mysterious 5D beings that called him to be there so that he could send messages to his daughter, powered by the only other thing that could span spacetime: Love.
Now, I don't know if Christopher Nolan had any inkling about the Akashic Records before he wrote Interstellar. Hell, who knows if he's aware of them after the fact. But, here are how the Records are described by Linda Howe in How to Read the Akashic Records: Accessing the Archive of the Soul and Its Journey, "The Akashic Records are a dimension of consciousness that contains the vibrational record of every soul and its journey."
Dr. Deepak Shimkhada, Professor of Hindu Studies at Claremont School of Theology states, "Literally Akashic means, 'belonging to sky'... Records are considered to be 'Cosmic Knowledge'." If you want to get more into detail, and have things like Quantum Waves and theory explained by people who know what they're talking about, I recommend taking a look at The Akashic Records episode of Ancient Aliens from Season 12. [I can feel the roll of the eyes, believe me, but the history is really interesting if you just get past the cringe that the source may make you feel :), https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oR57oq-b39o]. So, all this to say what? When you have an Akashic reading, you're gaining access to the information that has accumulated over lifetimes of happy moments, traumatic events, and lessons learned. You're able to ask questions to bring clarity on why cycles keep repeating, why you've struggled in certain areas, and maybe serve as a compass when you're finding it hard to know which way to turn. The Lords of the Records will always relay information to you that is based on Love and Compassion. They will never hold judgment of your circumstances or decisions. And will only tell you what's necessary for your Highest Good.
